Lori Henderson
Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel

Lori Henderson has served as Moldflow Corporation's Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since July 2002. In her role, Lori is responsible for handling all legal affairs of the company and oversees our Human Resources function.

Prior to that, Lori was Corporate Counsel and Director of Human Resources, since 1999. Before to joining Moldflow, Lori served as Corporate Counsel at CP Clare Corporation and was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP. She holds a JD degree from George Washington University.
