Moldflow Manufacturing Solutions Divestiture

Dear Customer,

You may know that Moldflow Corporation announced its intention to sell its Manufacturing Solutions division on May 10, 2007. We are pleased to announce that as of June 30, 2007, our expected closing date, the new owner will be Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. (Husky), headquartered in Bolton, Ontario, Canada. We believe that Husky has the infrastructure and expertise needed to promote and support our Manufacturing Solutions products in the geographies we serve around the world. This letter sets forth the future product sales, support, delivery and warranty plans for the affected products.

Products affected by the Moldflow Manufacturing Solutions Divestiture

• Altanium® Hot Runner Process Controls – including the Altanium, Altanium C, Altanium CX, Altanium X and Altanium XE mainframes and the Neo™, Delta 2™ and Matrix™ user interfaces.
  
  
• Shotscope® - including Shotscope, Shotscope FX, Shotscope FX for Die Casting and the A9800 Machine Interface Unit.
  
  
• Celltrack™ - including the MIU 01 and MIU 02 Machine Interface Units.
  
  
• Moldflow Plastics Xpert® (MPX®) Hardware – including the A9800 Machine Interface Unit and MPX Industrial Touchscreen PC’s.
  
  
• ModDAQ™ Modular Data Acquisition Device.

Product Transitions
Altanium Hot Runner Process Controls, Shotscope and Celltrack

Husky will assume all sales, marketing, technical support, technical service, warranty obligations and future product development of Altanium Hot Runner Process Controls, Shotscope software and hardware, and Celltrack software and hardware as of June 30, 2007.

Moldflow Plastics Xpert Hardware

Husky will assume all sales, marketing, technical support, technical service, warranty obligations and future development of Moldflow Plastics Xpert hardware as of June 30, 2007. Moldflow Plastics Xpert software will continue to be developed, marketed, sold and supported by Moldflow Corporation and we are pleased to announce that Husky has agreed to act as a reseller of our MPX software in order to provide integrated delivery of the MPX hardware and software solution to our mutual customers.
